You get a red light ticket in the mail. It accuses your car of running a red light at a specific time, intersection and town. It all looks very official and efficient. That will be “ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS” the camera citation states flatly, no ifs, ands or buts. The citation states all the different ways you can pay your ticket, but very little on how to fight it. Am I a dead duck have I no options, no defense? After all they have my car on video with still pictures and a close-up of my license plate but am I really guilty?
